What services does Golden Embers Catering offer?

We offer meal prep services, private dinners, dinner parties, hors d’oeuvres catering, dessert catering, holiday specials, and custom event menus for gatherings of all sizes.

Do you offer meal prep services?

Yes! Our meal prep services are designed to provide fresh, homemade meals that fit your schedule and dietary preferences. Weekly and custom plans are available.

How far in advance should I book catering services?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for events. Larger events and holiday bookings may require additional notice.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is typically due before or on the day of service.

Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and more. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.

Where is your food prepared?

Golden Embers Catering prepares food in compliance with applicable Ohio food laws and regulations. For private chef services and in-home dining experiences, food may also be prepared directly in the client’s home kitchen as part of the service provided. This allows meals to be freshly prepared onsite for the client and their guests.

Do you deliver?

No. To remain compliant with state and local food safety requirements, some menu items may only be available for on-site preparation or service directly at the client’s location. For private chef services and select catered events, meals may be prepared fresh onsite in the client’s home kitchen.

What types of events do you cater?

We cater birthdays, graduation parties, church events, family gatherings, bridal showers, corporate lunches, private dinners, holiday parties, and more.

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely! We love creating personalized menus that match your event style, preferences, and dietary needs.

How many guests can you serve?

We can accommodate both small and medium-sized events. (6-20) Contact us with your guest count so we can discuss the best options for your event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card payments (We utilize The Square App to take card payments)

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. Depending on the timing of cancellation, partial credits or rescheduling options may be available.

How do I place an order or request a quote?

You can contact us through our website contact form, Facebook page, or direct message to discuss your event and receive a custom quote.

Do you make desserts?

Yes! We offer a variety of desserts, including macarons, maple fudge, dessert trays, seasonal specialties, and more.

Are your menus seasonal?

Some menu items and specials may change seasonally based on ingredient availability and holidays.

Can you cater outdoor events?

Yes! Outdoor events are welcome as long as proper setup space and accommodations are available.

Do you provide disposable plates, utensils, or servingware?

Disposable serving supplies may be available upon request for an additional fee.
